Made-to-Order Promise
Each Bonk More Fish product is made especially for you as soon as you place your order. Because of this on-demand production process, we don’t hold inventory — every item is custom printed, embroidered, or made specifically for your order.
This helps reduce waste and keep things sustainable, but it also means we can’t offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse (wrong size, color, etc.). Please double-check sizing charts and product details before ordering!
We’ll always make things right if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.
If that happens:

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.

Include your order number and a few clear photos of the issue.

We’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund once verified.

Lost or Missing Orders
If your package never arrives or tracking shows it stuck in transit, reach out to us. We’ll work directly with our fulfillment partners to locate it or send a replacement at no extra cost.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Because all items are made to order, we can’t accept returns for:

Wrong size or color chosen by the customer

Change of mind after order

Normal wear and tear
However, we’ll always review each case individually — if something seems off, we’ll do our best to help.
Shipping & Responsibility
If an item needs to be returned (in rare approved cases), we’ll provide the return address and instructions. Unauthorized returns sent directly to our print partners will not be accepted.
